BREAKFAST PIZZA
13 cups of potato shreds 3 cans of biscuits 2 lbs. sausage 1 small onion, diced 1 small can mushrooms 1/4 cup green peppers, dices Gravy of your choice 1 lb. shredded ham 1 dozen eggs, scrambled 2 lbs. shredded cheddar cheese
Line pizza pan with flattened biscuits. Cook sausage, onions, mushrooms and green peppers. Leave drippings in pan and make gravy. Spread gravy over biscuits for sauce. Them top with sausage mixture, ham, scrambled eggs, potatoes and cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees or until bubbly hot and biscuits are done.
