A Wedding at Hidden Acres
is owned by Photography By Charles so
each Bridal Package includes your
photographic session with Photography By
Charles*, a memory card with a release
of copyright for replications and
enlargements, and a sterling silver and
black velvet wedding album for all your 4 x 6 prints,
a Chapel or Gazebo Wedding with the music we
provide for the background, the ceremony and
ordained minister, a DVD of the ceremony itself,
a floral bouquet for the bride created by Eureka
Flowers in the bride's colors, a unity candle
decorated in her colors, and a copy of the vows
in script on paper suitable for framing. All
mementos are yours to take home with you.
Wedding/Cottage Elopement Package

A two-night stay in one of our luxury cottages
for the bride and groom, your Bridal Package
with no guests attending your Chapel or
Gazebo Wedding and a third night with your
Bridal Package is available at a discounted
rate. *
Wedding/Cottage Package $499.00
A two-night stay in one of our luxury cottages
for the bride and groom, your Bridal Package
with up to eight guests attending your Chapel or
Gazebo Wedding. Additional guests over the
eight allowed in this package are $10.00 per
guest up to four extra or 12 total.( Example 12
guests add $40.00.) A third night with your
Bridal Package is available at a discounted
rate.*
Wedding/Cottage Package with Reception $549.00
A two-night stay in one of our luxury cottages
for the bride and groom, your Bridal Package
with up to 8 guests attending your Chapel or
Gazebo Wedding and seated crystal and linen
reception with nuts and mints, a single- tier
wedding cake, toasting beverage, and decorated
crystal toasting glasses. (Yours to take home
with you.)

When you have more than 8 guests add $30.00 for
the upgrade to a two-tier cake and extra
toasting beverage necessary to serve your guests
plus $10.00 per guest over the eight guests
allowed in this package for no more than 12
total.( Example 12 guests with required upgrade
to two-tier cake add $70.00) A third night with
your Bridal Package is available at a
discounted rate.*
Wedding Only $299.00
Your Bridal Package Wedding with
no guests attending your Chapel or Gazebo
Wedding. Twenty dollars extra for up to
eight guests and additional guests up to four extra or
12 total are $10.00 each. If you have
twelve guests add $60.00 total.
Two-night Package (Lodging Only)
$249.00
A two-night stay in one of our luxury cottages
with its own personal hot tub.
Two-night Getaway (Lodging Only) $299.00
A two-night stay in one of our luxury cottages,
a full, hot breakfast delivered to your door one
morning of your stay and complimentary crystal
toasting glasses and beverage upon arrival.

Tuesday through Thursday will have a breakfast
included at no additional charge.
Photography By Charles
Charles has thirty years experience as a
professional photographer. He will take 36
posed, very romantic photographs (not snap
shots) with professional high definition digital equipment. You
will receive all of your 4 x 6 prints entered
into a sterling silver and black velvet wedding
album by Godinger Silver and your release of
copyright and memory card for replications and
enlargements.
We have individual changing rooms with make-up
mirrors, full-length mirrors, and bathrooms for
our brides and grooms with a separate gathering
area for their guests.
