Located on 20 acres of mountaintop property overlooking hundreds of wooded acreage, owner Bonny and her son Joshua have created a magical environment shaded by ancient oak trees. A rock garden is alive with flowers and a trickling brook flows into a lily laden fish pond. At night, stroll the lighted pathway through the water garden, cross the natural rock bridges, and steal a kiss under the starry skies.

Five distinctive lodging cottages, nestled discreetly on the property, are an inspiration for quiet seclusion and intimate privacy. Each comes with a fully equipped kitchen, deck, grill, TV, VCR, books, games, radio and tape player. Antiques, beautiful old mirrors, queen beds with fine linens, fresh flowers and a basket of goodies are finishing touches.

Barn Rose is situated in the top of an old barn and overlooks mountaintops and the valley below, while Morning Glory has a beautiful stained glass window above the bed and a solarium front with lush mountain views. Watch hawks soar above from the tree top deck, and an enclosed glass shower allows the opportunity to shower under the stars.

Summershade has a two-story glass cathedral front, old fashioned wicker porch swing in front of an antique fireplace, a glass shower with tree-top views, and a winding stairway that leads to the loft bedroom. Moonflower, named for its grand display during a full moon, has a waterfall Jacuzzi, a private garden setting and a glass shower looking into the forest. And finally...Wildwood is a delightful country cottage, under a canopy of three huge ancient oak trees, that overlooks peaceful hillside meadows and an expansive woodland valley.

There are any number of secluded picnic spots and hiking trails that meander through the meadows where the gentle breezes stir the wind chimes. In the springtime, discover natural springs trickling down the hillside and climb the moss-covered cliffs and explore a small cliff dwelling.

In the mist of morning, watch the squirrels and birds as white-tail deer graze the countryside. Listen to the sounds of the elusive wild turkey in the early morning, and in the afternoon, search out the family of foxes scampering across the meadows.
